We take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-framed products made just for you. Because each item is made to order, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds:

Custom & Print-to-Order Items

All our frames and prints are custom-made to your specifications. For that reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or customer error in order details.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Send us clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • Include your order number and details via email at support@concoursphotoart.com

Once reviewed, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

We take care to package every order securely. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  • We'll work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-sized frames
  • Personalized prints
  • Gift certificates
