The 1963 Porsche 356C was the final evolution of Porsche’s first production model, representing the pinnacle of refinement for the 356 series. Introduced in late 1963 as a 1964 model, the 356C featured significant upgrades over its predecessors, including standard four-wheel disc brakes—a first for the model—and improved suspension for better handling and ride comfort. Available in both coupe and cabriolet variants, it was powered by a range of flat-four engines, with outputs up to 95 horsepower in the Super 90 and SC versions.
