The 1968 Triumph TR250 Roadster was a one-year-only model produced exclusively for the North American market as a bridge between the TR4A and the upcoming TR6. It featured a 2.5-liter inline-six engine paired with dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, producing around 111 horsepower. While it retained the body style of the TR4A, including its distinctive hood bulge and chrome detailing, the TR250 introduced improved torque and a smoother ride thanks to its six-cylinder powerplant and independent rear suspension. With only about 8,400 units built, the TR250 is now a rare and sought-after classic among Triumph enthusiasts.
